When do I start paying?
Never upfront. You only pay per transaction, as your customers pay you. There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and no minimums.
How are fees calculated?
Each collection or payout carries a percentage fee plus a small fixed amount in XAF. The exact fee is shown in your dashboard before any transaction is submitted — no surprises.
Are there monthly minimums?
No. You can go weeks without a transaction and you'll never be charged for inactivity.
What is KYB and how long does it take?
KYB (Know Your Business) is a one-time identity verification for your company. Submit your documents through the onboarding flow and our team typically completes review within 48 hours.
Can I see fees before a transaction?
Yes. Use the /v1/quote endpoint (or the fee preview in your dashboard settings) to see the exact fee for any (amount, operator, country) combination before you initiate a collect or payout.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contract, no lock-in. You can close your account at any time. We keep your transaction history available for 7 years to satisfy audit requirements.
